Numbers speak louder than
words. We feel that a good set of financials representing the client’s
prospects with cash requirements clearly modeled, and a fair equity
pricing analysis can prepare a client for
a capital infusion better than flowery words and colorful pictures.
Smaller companies need quantitative consultants versed in valuations
and deal making. The larger consulting firms are usually too expensive
and not interested in emerging companies. Using proven proprietary deal-making
software and real experience leads to better deals.
