Mr. Badeau designed and built for Volvo Rents, VCAD financial feasibility tool, successfully used by their managers worldwide in obtaining $250 million of construction equipment financing for one hundred and fifty new franchises. VCAD© accurately modeled projected cash flows and demonstrated how to fix weak operations.

VentureCAD© and VentureEQUITY© can also model oil & gas companies using integrated production decline curves. Sophisticated investment banking analysis has been done for Vanguard PetroChemicals (export of plastic resins to Latin America), E-Communications (pre-paid phone cards), Millennium Mortgage (Internet mortgages), PetrAmec, (micro-encapsulation), Solex Robotics (tank inspections) and Ambúca (legal internet distribution of tobacco products).

Mr. Badeau served as Business Development & Investor Relations consultant for National HealthCare Alliance, a public, managed health care company. He assisted the Chairman with business development, wrote shareholder reports, provided strategic quantitative analysis and prepared NHA for a private placement.

Mr. Badeau majored in Economics and graduated with a B.A. degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He completed several MBA courses at the University of Houston and a 30 hour Wharton School seminar on petroleum exploration risk analysis.

Twice he was United States Tornado Class Secretary, and he was awarded the Bronze Medal at the Tornado Catamaran World Championship Regatta, Copenhagen. His other interests include: piano and electronic keyboards, mechanical design and product development.
