First Sovereign Equity Research successfully aided the Creditors Committee in a recent telecommunications related Federal Bankruptcy in Houston, Texas. It required the linkage of two separate models to demonstrate the future value of the Company based on domestic sales projections and projected receipts of dividends earned by the Company’s mainland China subsidiary. Creditors, debenture holders and shareholders voted for the Committee’s plan of reorganization.
